At Tifa Chocolate & Gelato
Our locations all have a community kitchen table for the same reason. We want our customers to be part of the Tifa family and part of their community. Of course, we’d extend that welcoming embrace to our franchisees. We put love into everything we do, including our franchise program!
When our franchisees thrive, it’s one of our most heart-warming achievements!
The Support of the Tifa Team
How do we help Tifa Chocolate & Gelato franchisees reach for a sweet future?
Site Selection Assistance
Through access to our guided real estate processes, we provide experienced advice to franchisees to help them select the perfect site for their Tifa Chocolate & Gelato franchise location. We have years of experience to back up our understanding of which neighborhoods best support our franchise locations and we pass that knowledge on to franchisees.
In-house Training
Franchise owners will travel to our headquarters in California for 7 days to train with our executive team. There, they will learn how to make the gelato, sorbetto, and all of our delectable, proprietary recipes (including seasonal flavors) that have been perfected over the years by Head Chef Candace Roño. Our sweet confections are the magic behind the Tifa Chocolate & Gelato brand, and franchisees will get the hands-on experience they need to understand everything about creating and selling these scrumptious treats as part of their new franchise journey.
Weekly Track-to-Open Calls
During the pre-opening phase, we’ll provide a step-by-step guide to help franchisees get their new store ready for the big grand opening. The weekly track-to-open calls with our leadership team are designed to provide support for every step of the build-out and opening phase. It’s as good as having members of the leadership team on-site through the whole opening process.
On-Site Training at Opening Location
In preparation for the big grand opening, our executive team will perform 7 days of training for franchise owners and their staff on-site at the new location. The staff will learn everything they need to know about how to operate their specific Tifa Chocolate & Gelato, including how to make the gelato, sorbetto, and all proprietary recipes (seasonal flavors, too). The Tifa Chocolate & Gelato infusion of flavors and family will take shape with the location, team, and franchisees.
Weekly Track-to-Profit Call
For the entire first year, franchise owners will take part in a weekly track-to-profit call with the leadership team. This call is designed to guide and support the new franchisees as they strive for a profitable franchise and a measurable ROI. During this call, the Tifa leadership team shares insights and strategies to assist in what will most benefit the franchisees with their business ownership goals.
National Supplier Agreement
In order to ensure consistency in flavors and branded materials across the entire Tifa Chocolate & Gelato brand, we’ve secured agreements with several vendors across the US who will supply our franchise locations with the proper ingredients and supplies. This maintains a level of customer service and standards to which all of our Tifa Chocolate & Gelato locations will aspire.
Franchise owners will benefit from these relationships we’ve built.
Marketing Initiatives
Franchise owners will also receive marketing strategies developed by the leadership team at Tifa Chocolate & Gelato that will appeal to their local communities as well as regional areas and a national audience to grow the Tifa Chocolate & Gelato brand. The cohesive branding is carefully considered and will be as beautiful and sweet as the gelato we serve.
Franchise owners are an important ingredient in the recipe that is the Tifa Chocolate & Gelato franchise model. We want to elevate the flavor of every single franchise location.
We aim to do that through comprehensive support, so that every franchisee feels they are in business for themselves, but not by themselves.
