Since 2020, Tony and Ingrid have devoted themselves to bringing outstanding desserts to residents in and around the Thousand Oaks area. After finding and falling in love with Tifa Chocolate & Gelato, the pair decided it was time to start a new chapter in their lives by joining the Tifa family and bringing authentic gelato with an American twist, as well as artisanal chocolates, pastries, and more, to their local community.

Tony holds a degree in business finance and brings 15 years of experience running his own IT company to the table, while Ingrid started out with a degree in history, which she transitioned into running her own successful appraisal business. However, the couple also shares a family history steeped in hospitality, with parents who made their living from small businesses and the restaurant industry. Their backgrounds give them the perfect perspective to deliver on the sweet promise of the Tifa brand.

Together, Tony and Ingrid use their familiarity with resaturateuring and their own unique experiences to create a family-friendly atmosphere where their friends, neighbors, and the surrounding community can enjoy sublime sweetness, one scoop at a time. In addition to the outstanding selection of chocolate and gelato, Tony and Ingrid were immediately drawn to Tifa as a family-run business that goes above and beyond to make everyone, from employees to customers, feel like family.

The couple has always put family first, and this consensus of shared core values, more than anything, made them want to team up with Tifa. When Tony and Ingrid aren’t busy serving up scoops of pure joy to an appreciative public, they can be found spending time with their two children and their beloved family dog. The family enjoys biking, skiing, and a wide range of sports that get them outdoors. They are proudly involved in volunteer efforts through their church.
